Dear Mentors,

SP BP Mentoring Club is currently scouting for potential sub-committee members for the next academic year.

The club strongly believes in ensuring fairness and recognizing individual initiative. Hence, we would like to give ALL Year 1 mentors a fair chance of becoming future leader of the club.

Upon holding the title of "Sub-Committee 07/08", you will be given opportunities to organize and execute events under the assistance of the 7 th Management Committee.

This will be part of the training process in proceeding on to the next level of the management based on your excellent performance, regularity and active participation.

This is a golden opportunity as it will provide you with the planning and execution experiences that many companies are looking for nowadays.

It will also widen your social circle as being part of the Sub- Committee, you will be given chances to work with management of other clubs and even the external parties as well.

We strongly believe that you have more to gain the lose as long as you dare to dream and make the first step.

Thus, if you feel that you are willing to contribute your best and more and are interested in leading as a sub-committee, please kindly reply your intention to this email by 14th January 2008, Monday through spbpmentoring@gmail.com.

In addition, please provide a write-up (1 page or less) about yourself for us to understand more about you in facilitating the selection process.

Once the selection panel has made the decision, you will be informed by email after the semestral examination.

Lastly, we are sincerely looking for mentors who are willing to serve the club faithfully and contribute his/her best and more to the club. Therefore, everyone stands an equal chance.

Dear Mentors,

Anyone wanted to help out at the JAE 2008 (Details below):

Details:

Day: 25, 26 & 28 Jan 08, Fri, Sat, & Mon.
Shift: 8:00 am to 11:30 am; 11:00 am to 2:30 pm; & 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
(8 students are required per shift daily).

Training will be provided.
Helper will be given meal allowance and CCA Pts.
